Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your ATOMIC-SHOP account, navigate to your order history, and select the items you wish to return to generate a unique RMA number.

• 2.
  Pack Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags are attached and the products are in their original, unwashed condition.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided in your confirmation email and securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand over your package to the designated courier and keep your tracking number; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of arrival.
